Ambassador (R) Kemal KAYGISIZ
Ambassador (R) Kaygısız was born in Izmir in 1959. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Ankara in 1981 and later earned a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Vienna in 2000. He is married and has two children.
He joined the Turkish Foreign Ministry in 1986, serving in various capacities in Nigeria, Germany, Austria, and Lithuania. Subsequently, he was appointed Ambassador to Bamako (Mali) and N’Djamena (Chad). In recognition of his efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Türkiye and these African nations, he received state honors from both Mali and Chad. Ambassador Kaygısız retired from the Ministry in October 2024.
